Worth being direct: if your last project handed over nine months late, the page will say so. Developers who cannot live with that are not a good fit for us, and buyers can tell the difference.
Common questions
Can we hide resale listings in our own towers?
No. Resale inventory in your project appears on your project page alongside your own, badged by source. It is usually the cheapest way into a completed building and buyers need to see it.
Can we edit the delivery record?
No. If a figure is wrong, tell us and we will check it against the filing — but the record is ours to publish.
